In the world of global information, an age where technological developments are accessible to cross-border, student is required to develop wide communication network. An opportunity to exchange knowledge and establish a connection with the perpetrators of architecture from around the world, Dezzalina Dyana, followed Arcasia Student Jamboree 2016 in Hong Kong .
During the week, Dezzalina, student class of 2015 joining hundreds of architecture students and practitioners from all over the world. Starting on 25 September to October 1, 2016, the committee provides a pretty tight schedule of activities.
“Besides being a forum for communication with other architecture students from around the world, we also follow a series of academic activities such as public lectures and symposia. Not only that, we also go straight into the Hong Kong urban area to observe the architecture and planning,” said this cute tiny girl.
Taking the theme of “Growth and Diversity: The Green Age of Asia” Arcasia 2016 to discuss how to build a humane city. Starting from the friendly city for citizens across age and class as well as building a sustainable architecture for the environment and local culture.
And so a relevant architecture practitioners and academics presented; including Dr. Rocco Yim, Ar. Allen Kong (AuIA) , Director, Allen Kong Architect Pty Ltd, Ar. Assoc. Prof. Datin Dr. Norwina Mohd Nawawi (PAM), Ar.Stephen Ho – HKIA, Ar. Guillermo H. Hisancha (UAP), and many others.
“This experience is not replaceable! The opportunity to learn from those who are at the forefront of the architectural profession!” said Dezzalina. “As a new student on my third semesters this knowledge gives me a lot of inspiration about what I want to contribute to society through my professional field,” she concluded.
