As of the times, field engineering plays a larger role in addressing the challenges of life. It could even be said that the field of engineering is the cutting edge of civilization. Until now, the triumph of civilization has been arranged in four waves of the era of agronomy (I-XV centuries), the industrial era (XVIII century – XIX), the era of communication (XIX century) and creative era (XXI century). How does the current conditions in the technical field override this creative era? We invite academics, practitioners and bureaucracy to participate in the RAPI XIV in 2015, both in the real work, applied research as well as a thought.
