On Friday, 27 October 2023, the Architecture Department visited and signed a cooperation agreement between the Batu City Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land (Disperkim). Welcomed by Ir. Bangun Yulianto, S.T., M.T. as Head of the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas in Batu City and the Team, a collaboration has been agreed regarding the provision of technical design references for simple residences as one of the efforts to Approve Buildings in Batu City through the signing of the PKS.
