2.	BPPS Registration	On Schedule PPSUB
	Copy of the last diploma and transcript (S1 for Master Program, S1 and S2 for doctoral program) legalized.
	Copy of assignation decree as PNS or permanent lecturer of institution.
	Recommendations of Kopertis concerned about the feasibility of the lecturer to obtain BPPS for the participants who came from Kopertis/PTS.
	Decree of Functional Benefits
	A copy of the Certificate of the rank, Occupation, Class, and Determination of Credit Amount (Minimum: Assistant Expert/ III-B /Credit Score 100) issued by the Coordinator of Kopertis Region on behalf of the minister and certified by Kopertis Region for the participants who came from Kopertis / PTS.
	Copy of certificate TPA OTO BAPPENAS and Toefl
3.	Acceptance Test of Master and Doctoral Program of Faculty of Engineering
	Batch I	25 – 29 April 2016
	Batch II	30 May – 3 June 2016
4.	Announcement of New Student Admission	Web : teknik.ub.ac.id
